Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay. You pay one shipping charge per order, not per item.

Processing times

  • In-stock items are prepared and shipped as soon as possible after your order.
  • Pre-order items are not in stock yet and ship when new stock arrives. The product page marks them "Pre-order".
  • If your order includes both, we may ship the in-stock items first.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate is the carrier's estimate after your order ships. It is not a guarantee.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information.

Delays

If your order can't ship within the time shown on the product page, or within 30 days of your order if no time is shown, we'll email you with an updated date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped across a border, including from Canada to the United States, may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country or the carrier. These aren't included in our prices or shipping costs, and they're the customer's responsibility.
