How do I know a part fits my e-bike?

Check the compatibility details in each product description. If you're not sure, contact us before ordering with your bike model and a photo of the part you're replacing.

What does "Pre-order" mean?

Products marked Pre-order ship when new stock arrives, so they aren't available for immediate dispatch. Any timing details are shown on the product page.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address. Delivery time is our processing time plus the carrier's transit time, and depends on your destination and product availability.

What is your return policy?

Our Refund policy explains returns and refunds. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and photos.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout and payments are handled by Shopify's secure checkout.

Should I install brake parts myself?

Brakes are safety-critical. Follow the installation instructions and inspect everything before riding. If you're not confident, have a qualified bike technician install or check them.
